Security Guard Activity Report

• Log in with your guard account.

• Enable location on your phone. GPS must be on.

• Set the location. Choose an existing Site, or enter Client name and Address and pick the suggested address. The app verifies you are on site.

• Clock in. If blocked by geofence, correct the address or move closer and retry.

• Shift setup. Choose Start time, End time, Interval. Enter Duty Manager name.

• Generate time slots.

• For each slot, uncheck items that did not occur, edit any line, and add custom lines as needed.

• Incidents. Use the Incident button for category, severity, and a short description.

• SOS only for emergencies. Supervisors get your alert with location.

• Save all selected to report.

• Review with Open report.

• Clock out when finished.
